This is my second 'Za Brewski frozen pizza from Screamin' Sicilian. Unfortunately the pepperoni version was a NOPE for me, the beer cheese sauce over the whole thing was just too much and didn't go with the pepperoni. I was optimistic that the Philly Cheese Steak toppings would be a better match for the beer cheese sauce.

The 'Za Brewski Philly Cheese Steak is "beer-flavored crust made with Leinenkugel's Original beer, an amazing sauce made with beer cheese, whole milk mozzarella, Philly steak, caramelized onions and green peppers."

They aren't kidding about the beer crust, the aroma of beer-ish yeasty bread coming out of the oven is a little strange.

With the Philly cheese steak toppings it’s a MUCH better fit. I ate the whole thing at least. The beer crust has a tangy yeasty sour flavor and honestly I’d rather have just regular sourdough and skip the beer. It's foldable and a little heavy. I had flash backs to Philly cheese steak hot pockets in high school. It definitely gets the point across but it feels like more of a novelty to try and not something I would get again and again.
